SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Nervalief. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

If your shipping address falls outside our service area, your order may be canceled and refunded.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During periods of high order volume (sales, product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays by email.


3. TRANSIT TIME

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time within the United States is 5 to 8 business days.

Total estimated delivery window (processing + transit): 10 to 12 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that transit times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Customs or regulatory inspections


4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size/weight of your order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted rates. Any active promotion will be clearly displayed on our website.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update its system with delivery information.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

6.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors and household members

  • Verifying the shipping address on your order

  • Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number

  • Filing a claim with the carrier if necessary

6.3 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us at nervalief@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

6.4 Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days from the shipping confirmation, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.


7. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it quickly to ensure prompt delivery. As a result, we may not be able to make changes or cancel an order after it has been confirmed.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at nervalief@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
